Success is measured through multiple evolving factors including case studies, client retention, ongoing results, and contributions to the CBI community.
I'm an incoming Marketing major at Rowan University with a background in business ownership and the beauty industry. Before deciding to go to college I owned and managed a salon, which taught me the importance of customer relationships, branding, and creating experiences that drive growth. I'm excited to continue learning from everyone at CBI and help businesses grow through creative marketing strategies and strong client relationships.
I owned and managed a beauty salon which gave me real-life experience. I got hands-on experience working with clients, managing day-to-day operations, and solving problems as they came up. It also taught me how important communication, organization, and building relationships are when you're running a business. Now that I'm starting at Rowan as a Marketing major, I'm excited to build on that experience, learn from the team at CBI, and continue growing both professionally and personally.
