Success is measured through multiple evolving factors including case studies, client retention, ongoing results, and contributions to the CBI community.
From humble beginnings and personal loss to leading a family and a company built on faith, purpose, and perseverance, Nick Lalwani’s story is one of transformation through grace. What could have broken him instead became the fire that refined him. As a husband to Melissa and father to twins Leo and Bella, Nick draws his strength from faith and family — the foundation of everything he builds. His journey has been about more than success; it’s been about redefining legacy. Through every challenge, he’s learned that discipline may start the journey, but faith sustains it — shaping him into a leader who believes that true influence comes not from status, but from service.
