Success is measured through multiple evolving factors including case studies, client retention, ongoing results, and contributions to the CBI community.
Growing up with a fascination for how things are built and how people communicate, I pursued a double major in Film/Media and Communication at the University of Oklahoma. My career has never been a straight line, but rather a journey of mastering the "build"—whether that’s a physical home, a digital brand, or a real estate portfolio. I believe that success in any industry comes down to the same core principle: creating a solid foundation and then obsessively optimizing for growth. Today, I live at the intersection of marketing and real estate, using my "boots on the ground" experience to help others navigate the complexities of modern business with clarity and confidence.
Steven Spencer is the COO and Co-Founder of Create By Influence. His professional career began in the real estate sector as a Portfolio Manager for Box Real Estate, overseeing 30+ residential and commercial properties. He then spent six years in the construction industry as a Superintendent, mastering the operational complexities of large-scale residential projects.
Transitioning into the digital space, Steven brought his project management discipline to Create By Influence. He specialized in SEO and Website Development before taking the helm as COO, where he now oversees project management for a diverse client base ranging from financial services to the trades. By combining his deep knowledge of paid advertising and content creation with his active status as a real estate professional, Steven provides a uniquely holistic approach to business consulting.
